Michela Corradini is an accomplished operations management professional with extensive experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Head of Operations Excellence Global at Novelis since August 2018, Michela has previously held key positions, including World Class Manufacturing Manager Europe at Novelis and Lean Manager at Antonio Zamperla S.p.a. Prior roles also include GRP CoE Continuous Improvement and Reliability Excellence Manager - Europe at Arconic, and Continuous Improvement Manager at Alcoa, where Michela focused on the development and implementation of stability tools, including TPM and KAIZEN methodologies. Educational qualifications include a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, complemented by an Erasmus Project experience at Coimbra University in Portugal.
