Nicole Smith

Nicole Smith is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior HR Director for Corporate and North America Enabling Functions at Novelis since March 2022, Nicole previously held significant positions at The Coca-Cola Company from 2010 to 2022, including roles focused on public affairs, communications, and sustainability. Prior to that, Nicole worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, providing HR support for supply chain operations, and began a distinguished career at Georgia Pacific Corporation, where a progression through various HR and project management positions took place. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.
