Catherine Ng

Catherine Ng has extensive experience in the field of talent management, learning and development, and human resources. Their most recent role is as the Head of People at Novelship, where they are responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions across multiple countries. Prior to this, they worked at the National University of Singapore as the Head of Talent, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition, where they led the development and implementation of talent management and learning solutions. Catherine also worked as a Leadership and Team Intelligence Consultant at Cisco and as a Talent Engagement & Culture Practice Lead at Aon, where they specialized in organizational effectiveness and engagement solutions. Catherine gained further expertise in talent management and training as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Hay Group, where they developed new clients and advised on talent management issues. Catherine's early career includes an Account Manager role at NUS Business School, where they built and managed relationships with corporate accounts for talent pipeline development.

Catherine Ng has a Bachelor of Social Science with Honours degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore. Catherine also holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the Singapore Human Resource Institute. Furthermore, Catherine obtained a Graduate Diploma for Education in Economics from the National Institute of Education, Singapore. In addition to their formal education, they are certified as a Test User for Occupational qualifications by the British Psychological Society (BPS) in the UK.
