Johan Sierra Maestri has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Their most recent position is with Noven Pharmaceuticals, where they have held multiple roles since joining in 2007. They started as a Corporate Receptionist/HR Assistant, then progressed to become a Benefits Administrator/Benefits Analyst, Supervisor of Benefits & Records Administration, Manager of Benefits, and finally, Associate Director of Total Rewards. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Total Rewards. Prior to Noven Pharmaceuticals, Johan worked as an Intake Coordinator at American Therapeutic Corp.
