Josie Shelley's work experience can be summarized as follows:

Josie began their career in 2006 as part of the Manufacturing Management Development Program at Black & Decker/DeWalt, where they implemented lean philosophies and led continuous improvement events resulting in significant efficiency improvement and cost reduction.

Josie then joined Teleflex Marine in 2007 as the Electronics Business Unit Manager, where they managed a team of over 50 employees and integrated lean concepts to synchronize production with other departments.

In 2008, Josie joined Boston Scientific as a Senior Industrial Engineer, providing expertise in lean deployment and line design to achieve schedule attainment and high efficiency. Josie later became the Logistics Manager, directly managing shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

From 2012 to 2013, Josie worked as the Process Improvement Manager at MBT Repair Inc., focusing on improving processes within the company.

Since 2014, they have been with Noven Pharmaceuticals, initially as the Value Stream Engineering Manager and currently as the Director of Manufacturing. In their current role, they oversee manufacturing operations and holds the additional responsibility of being the Hormone Therapy Factory Senior Manager.

Throughout their career, Josie has consistently demonstrated their strong leadership skills, expertise in lean practices, and ability to drive continuous improvement in various manufacturing and engineering roles.

Josie Shelley pursued their undergraduate education in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 2001 to 2005. Josie then enrolled at the University of South Florida in 2005 and completed their studies in Mechanical Engineering, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in the field.
