Marilyn Reynaldo

Marilyn Reynaldo has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Marilyn began their career in 1988 at Johnson & Johnson as a Field Sales Administrator, where they managed daily interactions for a fleet of vehicles and developed a Safe Fleet Program. Marilyn worked there until 2007. In 2008, Marilyn joined Bruce Alter, PA as a Legal Assistant/Office Manager, responsible for court filings, legal document preparation, and client research. After two years, they moved on to Noven Pharmaceuticals in 2010. At Noven Pharmaceuticals, Marilyn held various roles including Sr. Recruiting Coordinator II, Corporate Recruiter, and currently serves as the Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition. Their responsibilities at Noven Pharmaceuticals include full-cycle recruitment, selection and interview process, strategic recruitment initiatives, and attracting the best talent for the organization. Overall, Marilyn has extensive experience in talent acquisition, legal support, and fleet management.

Marilyn Reynaldo completed their education in Business Administration from Berkeley College between 1985 and 1987. Marilyn obtained additional certifications such as "Eight Ways You Block Your Success" from LinkedIn in July 2023, and various certifications from DDI (Development Dimensions International) including "Driving Change" in October 2013, "Employment Law" in November 2012, "Coaching For Success" in October 2012, "Essentials of Leadership" in September 2012, and "Targeted Selection Training" in July 2012.
