Boris Ryzhkov

Boris Ryzhkov has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Boris recently joined Noventiq as the HR Director of Digital Lab in October 2022. Prior to that, Boris worked as the HR Director at Softline development from September 2021 to September 2022. From September 2018 to August 2021, they served as an HR Business Partner at ДОМ.РФ. Before that, Boris worked at Rosbank as a Senior IT-recruiter from November 2017 to October 2018. Boris'searly HR career was at Tinkoff Bank, where they served as a Recruiting Team Lead from October 2014 to October 2018.
