Maxim Rakhmanov has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Maxim Rakhmanov attended Governments National Economy Academy from 2002 to 2006, studying information science in economics. Additionally, they attended the Cisco Education Centre to study CCNA, although the specific dates are unknown.
