Luc Paul Labonté

Luc Paul Labonté has been working in the IT industry since 2007. Luc Paul began their career as a Technicien en magasin at Future Shop in 2007, followed by a Technicien Informatique stagiaire role at Commission scolaire des Trois-Lacs. In 2011, they joined ALSTOM as a Programmeur. In 2012, they moved to Standard Life, where they served as a Programmeur Analyste with responsibilities such as developing applications, reverse engineering COBOL and JCL applications, and debugging and developing automation applications. In 2013, they joined Elektratek as a Consultant Programmeur analyste and then as a Programmeur in 2014. In 2017, they joined NoviFlow Inc. as an Application Team Lead, Programmeur application, and Programmeur tests automation QA.

Luc Paul Labonté's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Informatique et génie logiciel from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) obtained between 2010 and 2014. From 2008 to 2010, they obtained a Certificat in informatique from UQAM. In 2006 and 2007, they obtained a Diplôme d’études professionnelles in Soutien informatique from CFP de l’Ouest-de-Montréal. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne for gestion et informatique. From 2002 to 2003, they attended cégep de Saint-Laurent. From 1997 to 2002, they attended École secondaire Pierre-Laporte, obtaining a High School degree in Informatique. Additionally, they obtained a Comptia A+ certification from Comptia in June 2008 and a Certificat en informatique from UQAM in September 2008.
