Hiral Choudhary

Hiral Choudhary, CPA, MBA has a strong background in finance and accounting. They have held various roles throughout their career, starting as an intern at ProBatter Sports in 2001. They then worked as a corporate accountant at Houdson Lodging LLC, followed by a position as a senior accountant at Charles R. Wiedman CPA Firm. In 2005, they joined McGladrey as an audit senior supervisor.

Choudhary later worked at IncentOne as a consultant and CPA, where they streamlined internal and annual audits and directed a team in contract implementation. They then joined the Institute for Community Living, Inc. as an assistant controller, where they supervised and trained staff, reviewed financial statements, and managed audits of subsidiaries.

In 2016, Choudhary became a fund executive and assistant controller at Acacia Network, where they created and launched accounting for pre-development properties and restructured cost certification to benefit from revenue and tax credits.

From 2019 to 2023, Choudhary worked as a director of revenue/limited partnership at Services for the UnderServed. They developed a team of finance professionals, managed monthly financial cycles, improved budgetary controls, and achieved monetary goals.

Currently, Choudhary holds the position of director of finance at Novin Development Corp (NDC) starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Choudhary has demonstrated their expertise in financial management, team leadership, audit oversight, and improving financial processes.

Hiral Choudhary, CPA, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of New Haven, between 2000 and 2002.
