Victoria Wilken-Farrell

Victoria Wilken-Farrell is an experienced professional in project management and discovery planning, currently serving as Projects Director at Novitas Data since June 2023. Previously, Victoria held the position of Project Manager at H5, now Lighthouse, from February 2021 to May 2023. Prior to that role, Victoria was a Discovery Planning and Managed Review Consultant at Bates Group, where responsibilities included managing document review projects and implementing automated systems. Additionally, Victoria served as Operations Manager and Systems Analyst, overseeing daily operations and quality control at Bates Group. From September 1998 to January 2018, Victoria was President/Director of Litigation Information Management, leading numerous managed document review projects. Early career experiences include serving as Litigation Support Manager and Complex Litigation Paralegal at Bullivant Houser Bailey. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Pre-Law from Oregon State University and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego.
