Tom Caulfield

Thomas Caulfield is currently working as a Principal at Novo Advisors since July 2020. Previously, Thomas held the position of CFO at Fluence Automation, Lapmaster Wolters International LLC, and Clear Lam Packaging. With over two decades of experience, Thomas has a strong background in finance, accounting, and management consulting. Thomas has also worked at Silverman Consulting as a Senior Partner, Coopers & Lybrand as a Senior Accountant, and Wolf & Company LLP as a Staff Accountant. In addition, Thomas was a Minor League Pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals before transitioning into the finance industry. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
