With a background in actuarial analysis and expertise in Compensation and Benefits, Manuel has experience in developing equitable remuneration packages aligned with company strategy. Manuel holds a Master of Science in Mathematics Applied to Economics and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Lisbon.
