Jake Brown-Garcia

Jake Brown-Garcia is an experienced Senior Project Manager in the Life Science & Technology Group at NOVO Construction, Inc., with a proven track record in managing diverse tenant improvement projects for high-profile clients. As the Founder and Development Lead of All Bay Equities, a joint-venture investment group, Jake focuses on multi-family real estate portfolios while also operating All Bay Aesthetics, which specializes in photography and videography for real estate. Prior experience includes project management roles at a Stealth Mode Startup and Webcor, where significant projects such as Transbay Block 8 and Phase II of the Menlo Gateway were completed. An education in Construction Management from California State University, Chico complements Jake's extensive field experience.
