Kristi Shoemaker

Kristi Shoemaker is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at SRI Healthcare, LLC since July 2022, Kristi has previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Industrial Fastener Supply from April 2019 to March 2022. Earlier in the career, Kristi worked at Kroger from March 2015 to March 2019, taking on roles as Co Manager and Recruiter, where responsibilities included leading the initial implementation of a centralized recruitment process and acting as the primary contact for 19 store managers regarding hiring needs. Kristi earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University between 2010 and 2014.
