Susan Mattine

Susan Mattine has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Susan started their career in 1987 at NEC Corporation of America, where they held a role in Budgets, Purchasing, and Inventory Management for over 10 years. During this time, they developed divisional budgets, created sales forecasts, and managed inventory levels.

In 1998, Susan transitioned to the role of Customer Service Supervisor at NEC Corporation of America, where they managed the Material Return department, supervised employees, and reduced material returns each quarter. Susan also handled escalations, managed disputes, and coordinated special projects.

In 2003, Susan became the owner of Susan M Designs, where they managed their own business until 2012.

From 2007 to 2014, Susan worked at Jackson Hewitt as an Office Manager, responsible for customer retention, sales revenue, and acquiring new clients. Susan received awards for office excellence during their tenure.

Starting in 2014, Susan joined CROSSMARK, where they held various roles. As an HR Onboarding Specialist, they assisted candidates in completing the onboarding process, created reports for management, and provided training and mentoring. Susan then transitioned to the role of OTC Deduction Lead, where they managed client portfolios and achieved significant reduction in deduction balances. Susan later became a Sales Operations Manager, facilitating planning and financial relationships with clients. Finally, they served as the Director of Order to Cash, directing all Order to Cash functions and successfully onboarding a major national client.

Most recently, in 2022, Susan joined Novo Labs, Inc. as a Product Automation Analyst.

Susan Mattine earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, and Management from Siena College from 1980 to 1984.
