Andrew Dierk

Andrew Dierk possesses extensive experience in patient access and support services, with a career spanning multiple prominent pharmaceutical companies. At Novo Nordisk, Andrew served as Senior Director of Patient Solutions and Field Reimbursement and led the Obesity/MASH Program for a brief period in 2025. Prior to that role, Andrew held various positions at Bristol Myers Squibb, including Director of Patient Access & Support Services and Associate Director of Patient Access and Support Services, from April 2021 to February 2025. Andrew's earlier experience includes strategic management in patient support at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies and development roles at Atlantic Health. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology Enterprise and Entrepreneurship from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dickinson College.
