Brendan McDuffee

Brendan McDuffee serves as the EHS Manager for North America at Ipsen, overseeing all environmental health and safety compliance across GMP manufacturing, research & development, and commercial operations since August 2019. Brendan has played a key role in integrating EHS functions during the acquisitions of Epizymes and Albireo. Prior to this, Brendan was the Environment Health Safety Compliance Lead at Ipsen's Cambridge facility, where responsibilities included managing environmental compliance programs and developing EHS manuals. Brendan's experience also includes project management at EBI Consulting from 2013 to 2019, providing EHS support for biopharma clients and leading safety committee meetings, along with roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Keene State College. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Safety Studies from Keene State College and has undergone Radiation Safety Officer Training.
