Pernille Albrechtsen

Pernille Albrechtsen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as HR Manager at Novo Nordisk since September 2022, Pernille is involved in innovative projects within the Fill & Finish Expansions, promoting collaboration and progressive practices. Prior to this, Pernille held the position of People & Culture Director at Devoteam from December 2021 to August 2022, focusing on the development and execution of the company's People & Culture strategy. Pernille's notable tenure at Bavarian Nordic from March 2013 to December 2021 included roles as Global HR Director and Senior Manager for HR Europe, where significant contributions were made to the company’s transformation and expansion in the vaccine sector. Earlier career experiences include serving as Senior Legal Advisor at DI - Confederation of Danish Industry and Junior Lawyer at Bech-Bruun, specializing in employment law and corporate matters. Pernille earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Copenhagen.
