Serena Invitto

Serena Invitto is an experienced professional in manufacturing architecture and IT/OT solutions, currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Architecture at Novo Nordisk since January 2018. With a strong background in digital transformation, Serena leads initiatives within the Technology Foundation & Transformation unit to align with strategic architectural goals for production sites. Previous roles include IT/OT Domain Architect, where strategies for operational technology and IT were defined, and Advanced MES Analyst, contributing to the implementation of the Pas-X solution across various manufacturing processes.
