Brandon Jeffries has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Brandon is currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Novolex, where they lead the Accounting departments of relevant Business Units and focuses on aligning processes and definitions to improve financial statements and decision-making. Prior to this, they worked as the Business Unit Controller at Novolex, where they implemented process improvements and increased accounting productivity, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Before joining Novolex, Brandon worked at IFF, starting as a Cost Accountant and then progressing to the role of Plant Controller. In these positions, they were responsible for improving productivity, ensuring reporting accuracy, and re-engineering systems and processes within SAP. Brandon also played a key role in transforming the culture of the organization to one of cost awareness and cohesion. During their time at IFF, Brandon also served as the Controller, leading the Finance team and overseeing various financial processes, including SOX, capital, reporting, and budgeting. Brandon successfully led the team through two acquisitions.
Brandon began their career at Doskocil Manufacturing - dba Petmate, where they held multiple roles, including Cost Accountant, Marketing Analyst, and Sr. Business Analyst. In these positions, they were involved in maintaining standard costs, creating cost and profitability models, performing financial variance analysis, and providing ad hoc reports. Brandon also trained and mentored new analysts within the company.
Prior to joining Doskocil Manufacturing, Brandon worked as a Cost Accountant at M-I SWACO.

Brandon Jeffries earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Accounting from John Brown University from 2002 to 2006. Brandon also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business from 2011 to 2013.
