Rob Hobek, SPHR has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Rob most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Novolex starting in July 2018. Prior to that, Rob held the position of Human Resources Director at Newell Brands for over 11 years, from September 2006 to June 2018. Before that, they worked as part of the human resources team at Office Depot, Gap, Inc., and Century Furniture, Inc. Rob's expertise in human resources spans across various industries and they have a proven track record of success in strategic HR management.

Rob Hobek, SPHR holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Xavier University - Williams College of Business, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008.
