Diana Sofia M. Manrique de Lara

Diana Sofia M. Manrique de Lara is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Legal Business Partner Lead for Dairy at Novonesis since January 2024. Prior to this, Diana worked at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S as a Legal Business Partner in R&D and as an External Legal Counsel (seconded from Plesner) focused on Commercial and IP matters. At Plesner, Diana held the position of Attorney-at-Law, Manager in the IP department, dealing with various IP disputes and advising on Life Science issues. Earlier experience includes roles at Københavns Kommune as a Team Coordinator and positions at Horten, where Diana began as a Trainee Attorney and progressed to Attorney at Law. Diana has contributed to academia as an External Lecturer at Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole and has held various legal roles in different organizations, beginning as a Paralegal at CEPOS and an intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Diana holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Copenhagen, along with additional qualifications in Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Consumer Rights in the EU from Università degli Studi di Udine.
