Nataly Agualimpia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nataly started as a Consultant at everis in 2008, where they focused on software testing and analysis. Nataly then moved on to Stefanini Informatica y Tecnologia (Colombia) in 2010, taking on the role of QA Lead and being responsible for ensuring the quality of IT development projects. At Sophos Banking Solutions Ltda, where they worked from 2013 to 2021, Nataly served as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and was responsible for managing client consulting services and driving growth in the Capital Markets sector. In 2021, they joined Michael Page as a Senior Service Delivery Manager, leading LATAM consulting services and maintaining strong relationships with clients in various sectors. Currently, Nataly works at NovoPayment as a Technical Account Manager, where they serve as a liaison between the organization and clients, offering technical expertise and recommendations for product improvement and customer satisfaction.

Nataly Agualimpia pursued their education at the Universidad de Los Andes, beginning in 2003 and graduating in 2008 with a degree in System Engineering. In 2008, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in System Engineering with a focus on IT Governance, which they completed in 2010.

In 2012, Nataly Agualimpia obtained their IREB certification from INDUDATA SAS. Later, in 2019, they earned two additional certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from IT GLOBAL SERVICES.

Most recently, in the year 2022, Nataly Agualimpia enrolled in Esden Business School to pursue a Digital Transformation Master's degree, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
