Edna Rouzaud Fuentes has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. EDNA is currently serving as the Head of Regional Customer Success at NovoPayment, where they are responsible for building trustful relationships with clients in the Latam region and ensuring they receive excellent service. Prior to this, they worked at Endeavor México, where they held multiple roles, including Access to Finance Manager and Fintech, Proptech, Insurtech Account Management & Entrepreneur Success. In these positions, they managed investor relations with VCs in the Endeavor network and organized events to connect entrepreneurs with suitable investors. Edna also gained experience as an Investor Relations Manager at 0BS, an Advisory Board Manager at Financiera Contigo and Bitso, and a Junior Human Resources Leader at Bosch. Additionally, they worked at Honeywell Aerospace and USAID, where they served as the Sales Operations Europe & Asia Pacific and Project Development Manager, respectively.
