Cynthia Amaro

Cynthia Amaro is the Director of Talent & Culture at Novotel Miami Brickell since August 2023. Prior to this role, Cynthia served as the Human Resources Manager at Fisher Island Club from November 2012 to August 2023. With a background as a Human Resources Generalist at Resorts World Omni / Hilton Miami Downtown from November 2005 to November 2012, Cynthia has a strong foundation in HR. Cynthia also worked as an Assistant Club Experience at Punta Cana Beach Resort from October 2004 to October 2005. Cynthia is currently pursuing a Certificate in Human Resources Development from the University of Miami and holds a degree in Hospitality Management from PUCMM.
