Marissa Manley

Marissa Manley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Marissa currently works as a Supply Planning Lead at Novozymes starting in August 2021. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, they worked at Schneider Electric in roles such as Upstream Planning Leader, Supply Planner, Buyer, Production Supervisor, and Resale Planner/Buyer. In these roles, they demonstrated skills in overseeing manufacturing schedules, personnel requirements, inventory management, and supplier coordination. Before joining Schneider Electric, Marissa worked as a Purchasing and Risk Management Student Assistant at Clarkson University from 2014 to 2017, where they managed purchase orders and payroll documents. Marissa also had a co-op role at Johnson & Johnson as a Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) Co-Op, managing forecasting and replenishment for CVS stores. Marissa began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Nationwide Insurance (Manley Insurance Agency) from 2010 to 2015, where they handled insurance payments, policy quotes, and claims processing.

Marissa Manley completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Clarkson University between the years 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Massena Central High School from 2009 to 2013, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition to their formal education, Marissa obtained a Lean Yellow Belt certification in May 2016.
