Allen Smith

Allen Smith has extensive experience in the agricultural industry, with a focus on business development and commercial strategy. Allen most recently served as the VP of Business Development/Commercial Strategy at Novus Ag. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner at Morris Bixby Group. Allen also held various roles at Bayer Crop Science, including Global Business Development and US Distribution Strategy. Allen was the General Manager at Purfresh before joining Bayer Crop Science. Additionally, they held the positions of Vice President for Europe/Africa and Asia Pacific at Bayer Crop Science. Allen began their career as the Vice President for Asia Pacific at BASF and started off as the General Manager at American Cyanamid.
