Kelly Shillito

Kelly Shillito is currently the COO for CL Smith and Sr VP of HR for Novvia Group. Previously, Kelly served as the Chief Operating Officer at C.L. Smith since January 2006. Prior to that, Kelly worked at UPS as the Regional Director of Human Resources from 1987 to 2005. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Webster University.
