Chris Couch

Chris Couch possesses extensive experience in client success, marketing, and eCommerce operations, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as VP of Client Success at NOW Tech since August 2020, Chris's previous roles include Sr. Director of Global Retail Operations at WorldVentures Holdings and various leadership positions at WePower Shop, Coffee.org, and Allied Marketing Group. Notably, Chris spent several years at JCPenney, where multiple roles culminated in Sr. Buyer/Credit Marketing Manager. Chris holds two Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees in Human Resource Management and Business Management from the University of Central Missouri.
