Aleksandra Rysak

Aleksandra Rysak is a seasoned travel specialist with over a decade of experience in the tourism industry, currently employed at Itaka since April 2013, where responsibilities include active sales, customer service, customer relationship management, and office co-management. Aleksandra has received three "Itaka Lider" awards for exceptional team performance in 2016, 2019, and 2022. Previous roles include tour guide at B.T. Jaworzyna Tour, shop assistant at Cerro Torre Sport Cracow, and tourism assistant with a focus on customer service and tour coordination. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Geography with a specialization in Tourism from Jagiellonian University and postgraduate studies in Management in Tourism from Krakow University of Economics.
