Head of Customer Success, Strategy and Operations at Circular

Sindee G. has a wealth of experience in customer success, strategy and operations, digital marketing and more. Sindee began their career in 2010 as an Online Marketing Manager at Ordio. In 2011, they moved to Kids Dealz as a Marketing Executive, where they developed and executed online and offline marketing campaigns. Sindee then joined Renovation Boys as Digital Marketing Manager in 2012. That same year, they began their work at Airtasker, first as a Community Manager, then as Head of Customer Operations, and finally as Head of International Customer Operations. In 2018, they joined Sift & Pick as Head of Operations and was responsible for pre and post-sales service, customer engagement, order management and logistics. In 2019, they became Senior Manager, Global Customer Experience at Castlery, where they rolled out key metrics and was part of the US market launch. In 2020, they joined hoolah as Director, Group CX, where they were part of the Leadership Team and implemented the structure, talent, processes and key initiatives to enable the organisation to execute rapid growth. Most recently, in 2022, Sindee G. began their role as Head of Customer Success, Strategy and Operations at Circular (YC W22), where they are responsible for accelerating the adoption of the circular economy.

Sindee G. began their education in 2005, when they enrolled in Temasek Polytechnic and obtained their Diploma of Business Information Technology in the field of Commerce. Sindee then went on to the University of Sydney, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Marketing in 2010.
