Hazel Guifang Tan has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Hazel Guifang began their career as a Marketing Executive at Pacific Leisure Marketing in 2011. In 2015, they became a Social Worker at Kampong Kapor Family Service Centre. In 2021, they joined General Assembly as a Digital Marketing Immersive Graduate. Hazel Guifang then moved to LOOP Marketing Group as an Account Manager, and most recently joined Circular (YC W22) as a Customer Success Specialist and Copywriter.

Hazel Guifang Tan completed a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism from Temasek Polytechnic from 2006 to 2009. Hazel Guifang then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) from 2011 to 2015. Most recently, in 2021, they completed a Digital Marketing Immersive from General Assembly.
