Tiago Sousa

Tiago Sousa has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in various roles. Tiago is currently working as a Business Unit Manager at Randstad Portugal since July 2018. Before that, they served as the Head of Sales Operations at NOWO Portugal starting in November 2016. From January 2012 to October 2016, they worked as the Head of Partners at ONI. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Developer at GMtel from 2005 to 2011. Tiago also held the position of Operations Manager at Audio Media - Compta from July 2002 to September 2005. Tiago co-founded People Online Lda in 1998 and served as the Co-founder and Operations Manager until September 2002 before the company was acquired by Audio Media SA. Lastly, Tiago worked at Telecel SA in the Marketing & Customer Service Division from October 1995 to June 1998.

Tiago Sousa has a diverse education history. Tiago completed a Post Graduation in Telecommunications & IT at Instituto Superior Técnico starting in 2011. Before that, they participated in an executive training program on Contact Center Effective Leadership & Strategy for Senior Call Center Managers at ICMI in 2002. In 1998, Tiago studied Business Administration at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Leading Transformation in the Digital Age from the London Business School in September 2022 and the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Program from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in July 2018.
