Lara Maria Hardardottir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consultancy within the medical and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Portfolio Manager and Project Management Lead at Nox Medical since January 2019, Lara has previously held the role of Management Consultant at Knowit Business Consulting, focusing on projects for Västra Götalands Regionen and Västtrafik. Lara's project management expertise was further demonstrated at Västra Götalandsregionen, where responsible for the "Förenklad åtkomst" implementation.
