Aparna Sura

Aparna Sura has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aparna started their career as a Portfolio Analyst at Northern Trust, where they built strong relationships with various clients and provided investment portfolio accounting reports. Aparna then moved on to TransUnion, where they worked as a Marketing Research Analyst, taking on responsibilities such as sales management, pricing analysis, and project management.

In 2006, Aparna joined the National Association of REALTORS® as a Product Manager, where they focused on creating and executing email marketing campaigns to drive readership and increase member engagement. Aparna remained in this role for over a decade, demonstrating their dedication and expertise in email marketing.

Following their tenure at the National Association of REALTORS®, Aparna joined Cars.com as a Sr. Associate, Email Marketing. Here, they took on the role of deliverability lead and managed the detailed execution of email, push, and SMS trigger campaigns.

In 2019, Aparna joined the American Bar Association as Director of Email Marketing and Automation. In this role, they oversaw the daily operations of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and implemented strategies to optimize email marketing campaigns.

Aparna's most recent positions include Operational Director at NPAccel and currently serving as the Director of Email Operations at NP Digital. In both roles, they have demonstrated their ability to drive results, provide strategic recommendations, and utilize innovative solutions to enhance email operations and client engagement.

Throughout their career, Aparna has consistently exhibited expertise in email marketing, analytics, and reporting. Aparna has also shown excellence in managing teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and leveraging technology to improve email campaign performance.

Aparna Sura attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1994 to 2000, where they studied Economics. Aparna later pursued an MBA in Marketing/Economics at Loyola University Chicago.
