Wendi Welton

Wendi Welton has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Wendi is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at NP Digital since 2022. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they served as the VP | People & Culture Business Partner at Choreograph, a division of WPP, where they were responsible for global HR business partnering. From 2017 to 2021, Wendi worked at Wunderman Thompson Data as the VP | HR Business Partner, managing talent management for the organization. Before that, from 2012 to 2017, they held the position of Director | HR Business Partner at Wunderman Data, leading HR strategy and operations for the company. Wendi also has experience as a Human Resources Consultant at HR Consulting from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they held various HR roles at Global Healthcare Exchange, Excite@Home, Rodeer Systems, and International Verifact Inc.

Wendi Welton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in fields such as bias confrontation, strategic planning, emotional intelligence, organizational change management, and human resources. Some of the certifications they have received include the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
