Cristina Zambrano, CNP

Cristina Zambrano, CNP has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Cristina most recently worked at NPact as a Senior Implementation Consultant, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they were an Implementation Consultant at the same company, starting in September 2021.

Before joining NPact, Cristina worked at BakerRipley as an HRIS Analyst II, from May 2021 to June 2021, and as an HRIS Analyst from October 2020 to May 2021. Cristina also worked at GoCo.io, Inc. as a Client Success Manager from July 2020 to September 2020, an Implementation Specialist from April 2020 to July 2020, and a Junior Implementation Specialist from October 2019 to March 2020.

Cristina's earlier positions include being a Software Instructor at Blackbaud from July 2018 to October 2019, an Annual Giving Coordinator at Houston Food Bank from July 2017 to July 2018, and a Development Associate at BakerRipley from September 2014 to December 2016.

Cristina has also held positions as a Development and Communications Intern at SER - Jobs for Progress of the Texas Gulf Coast, Inc. from May 2014 to August 2014, an Administrative Assistant at PepperLawson Construction, a division of Webber Construction from August 2013 to August 2014, and a Nonprofit Leadership Alliance Program Assistant at the University of Houston from December 2013 to May 2014.

Cristina started their career as a Branch Associate at BBVA Compass from November 2012 to October 2013.

Cristina Zambrano, CNP, has a diverse education history. Cristina completed their Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology, with a focus on Nonprofit Leadership Alliance, at the University of Houston from 2010 to 2014. Following their undergraduate studies, Cristina pursued a Post-baccalaureate degree in Human Resource Development at the same university from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Cristina has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Cristina acquired the certification in Raiser's Edge NXT bCRE-Pro from Blackbaud in September 2021. Prior to that, they obtained certifications in bCNP-Fundraising and bCNP-Marketing from Blackbaud in January 2019. Christina also completed a certification in Nonprofit Finance from Rice University in June 2016. Their education journey culminated in obtaining the Certified Nonprofit Professional certification from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance in August 2014.
