Daisy Carter

Daisy Carter is an experienced professional specializing in systems change and service design within the public and third sectors. Currently serving as Principal Consultant for NPC (New Philanthropy Capital) since August 2025, Daisy focuses on enhancing system change capabilities for charities and purpose-led organizations. Prior roles include Senior Service & Systems Designer at The RSA, where Daisy worked on place-based programs to foster local change, and Service Design Consultant at Innovation Unit, leading complex design projects. Daisy's background also encompasses contributions as a writer for The Parliamentary Review, a Learning Designer at Huanggang Middle School, and various roles in education consulting, including Talent Acquisition Lead and Global Education Ambassador. Daisy holds a degree in Human, Social, and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
