Susannah Kirstine, CHRP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources across various industries, including financial services and automotive. In their current role as Talent Acquisition Manager at NPower Canada, Susannah focuses on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to meet organizational goals. With a background in HR administration, payroll, and benefits, Susannah also brings expertise in consultation services and strategic hiring initiatives. Susannah is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of Victoria, building on their previous education in business administration, human resources management, and equity studies.
