Gordon Synn

Gordon Synn is a seasoned media and entertainment executive with extensive experience in business development, content monetization, and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Partnerships at NPR since 2022, Gordon leads teams focused on expanding and monetizing premium intellectual property while launching innovative content initiatives like Tiny Desk Korea. As Founder and CEO of Novastar Corporation, Gordon emphasizes strategy and execution for technology-forward companies, particularly in digital media and content streaming. Previous roles include Chief Content and Programming Officer at Fathom Events, Head of International TV at DreamWorks Animation, and Vice President of Legal Affairs at 21st Century Fox, among others. Gordon holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.
