Providence Habubugingo

Providence HABUBUGINGO has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving in the role of HRM Compliance at the National Public Service Commission in Rwanda since December 2021. Prior to this position, Providence worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Rwanda Ministry of Infrastructure from August 2018 to April 2022 and completed a professional internship at the Rwanda Governance Board, where responsibilities included NGOs registration and monitoring, from March 2017 to April 2022. Earlier in Providence's career, a professional internship as a Secretary at the Rwanda Ministry of Infrastructure took place from October 2014 to October 2015. Providence holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Rwanda, earned between 2010 and 2013.
