Rajiv Moghe has extensive work experience in various roles. RAJIV started their career at Bush India Ltd. in 1972, where they served as a Technical Manager until 1993. RAJIV then moved on to Videocon International Ltd. and worked as an Assistant General Manager from 1993 to 2000. Following this, they joined AIWA INDIA Ltd. as a Senior General Manager for a year. In 2001, Rajiv started working as a Professor at JNEC, where they stayed until 2011. Currently, they serve as the Head Learning Center at NRB Industrial Bearings Ltd.

Rajiv Moghe completed their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 1970 to 1972. Prior to that, they also attended Hadas High School in Nagpur and received their ssc degree in Maths, Science, and English from 1963 to 1964.
