Carmen H. has a diverse work experience with a range of roles and responsibilities. Carmen began their career in 2003 at Hy-Vee, where they worked as Cash Accountability, handling daily cash transactions and assisting managers. Carmen then moved on to Professional Choice Recovery, where they worked as an Account Representative, responsible for collections and customer service.

In 2006, Carmen started working at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a Proctor, assisting students during tests and ensuring academic integrity. Carmen continued in this role until 2009.
