Carmen H. has a diverse work experience with a range of roles and responsibilities. Carmen began their career in 2003 at Hy-Vee, where they worked as Cash Accountability, handling daily cash transactions and assisting managers. Carmen then moved on to Professional Choice Recovery, where they worked as an Account Representative, responsible for collections and customer service.

In 2006, Carmen started working at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a Proctor, assisting students during tests and ensuring academic integrity. Carmen continued in this role until 2009.

Following that, Carmen joined Sandhills Publishing, where they held various positions. First, as a Sales Trainee, then as an Auction Territory Manager, responsible for customer support and creating ads. Lastly, they worked as a Technical Editor, assisting with customer and sales representative requests.

In 2016, Carmen joined Big Cob Hybrids as a Marketing and Account Lead, overseeing project timelines, implementing marketing plans, and managing the budget.

Most recently, Carmen worked at NRC Health as a Corporate Compliance Support Specialist, ensuring compliance for CAHPS initiatives. Additionally, they worked as a Project Specialist before taking on the role of Continuum Service Support Specialist.

Throughout their career, Carmen has developed skills in compliance, project management, customer service, and marketing.

Carmen H. completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Carmen attended the university from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, Carmen attended Lincoln Northeast Highschool where they completed their General Studies degree.
