Jona Raasch

Jona Raasch has held a variety of different leadership roles at NRC Health since joining the organization in 1984. During her tenure she has helped hospitals and healthcare systems improve in the areas of quality, communication, education, and patient experience. Additionally, Jona serves as CEO of The Governance Institute. In her current role of Chief Operating Officer, she focuses on culture, structure, recruitment and development of the NRC Associates. Prior to joining NRC Health Jona was employed with A.C. Nielson.
