Joseph Justema

Joseph Justema currently serves as the Deputy Regional Data Director at NRCC, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Political Director for Kim Reynolds For Iowa, where Joseph managed a team of four paid staff and ten interns, overseeing significant voter outreach efforts, including 95,000 door knocks and 375,000 calls, while coordinating numerous political events. Additional roles at Kim Reynolds For Iowa included Political Coordinator and Assistant to the Political Director, focusing on voter data management and petition signature collection. Prior to the political field, Joseph held positions at Walgreens and INNOVA SYSTEMS, where responsibilities included customer support and software management. Joseph is a graduate of Drake University, having completed studies in 2022, and is an alumnus of Hinsdale Central High School, graduating in 2020.
