Ruta Jasinskiene

Ruta Jasinskiene has extensive experience in law enforcement and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Consultant at NRD Cyber Security since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing cybersecurity projects, conducting intelligence analysis, and delivering training on IBM i2 Analyst’s Notebook. Prior to this role, Ruta worked as a Mobile Liaison Officer for police forces in Germany under a collaborative project between Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia from 2015 to 2016. From 2006 to 2016, Ruta held progressive leadership roles at the Lithuanian Criminal Police Bureau, culminating as Head of the 1st Division of Organized Crime Investigation, where management responsibilities included coordinating drug control efforts and liaising with international law enforcement agencies. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Investigator at the Drug Control Office from 1997 to 2006. Ruta's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in criminal police from the Lithuanian Police Academy, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution.
