Leigh Taylor

Leigh Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, Leigh serves as the Director of Executive Search at NRECA, where they lead a team responsible for connecting utilities with new leaders. Prior to this role, Leigh worked at Touchbase Coaching as a Consultant, providing coaching and assessment feedback sessions using various assessment tools. Leigh also served as the Vice President of West Coast Business Development at National Cooperative Bank and as the Director of Business Development at United Wind. In addition, Leigh held positions at FCC Services, CoBank, Qwest Wireless, IHS, Windsor Industries, and Banc One International Corporation, where they gained experience in talent assessment, relationship management, product management, and international marketing.

Leigh Taylor holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
