Perron Nicholas

Perron Nicholas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and development within various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Executive and Staff Education at NRECA since August 2010, Perron leads high-profile education programs with a national focus. Previous roles include Manager of Executive and Staff Education at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, Director of Development at Wisconsin Sports Development Corporation, and Director of Quality and Business Improvement at Home Health United, among others. Perron's career began in training and performance improvement consulting, with a foundational education in Adult and Continuing Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
