Elise Birde

Elise Birde is a seasoned professional in corporate strategy and environmental policy, currently serving as a Senior Associate at NRG Energy since June 2022, following a role as Associate in the same department. Previously, Elise worked as an Administrative and Research Intern at The Earth Institute, Columbia University, and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage at Columbia University School of Professional Studies. Prior experience includes several positions at Bloomberg LP, including Demand Planner and Supply Chain Management Intern, as well as strategic roles at ESG Playbook and Karla Otto.
